Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 14 day returns policy for all orders. You must notify us if you intend to return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving them.

Items must be returned unsoiled, unworn in its original packaging.

You will receive a full refund for the value of the item(s). Or you can exchange for a replacement or a different item of the same value.

We do not offer free returns, you are responsible for returning the item(s).
Returning an Order
Send the item back to us in its original packaging. If it’s an exchange, please explain what you want instead by filling in your Returns Form. If there is a problem with the item, then please describe the problem.
You may want to consider insuring the item in transit. Once the item has been returned and approved, we will refund the credit card you originally used. This may take up to 10 working days to show in your account.
There will be no charge if the item is of the same value. We simply despatch it as soon as we can.
Trying on Products at Home
Please stand on a clean surface – this should be a carpet or similar, soft area when trying on shoes.
Please return your shoes in their original box. Re-use the original wrapping or re-wrap the product (even in a bin liner). Do not send a shoe box through the post unwrapped. Please do not write on or deface the box or we may be forced to either return the item to you or charge a re-boxing and refurbishment fee.
In brief, we would like you to treat your purchase, before you have decided to keep them, in the same way that we love and respect the product we sell. Think of the next person who may wish to purchase these shoes. Worn shoes are of little or no value – we cannot accept their return at the preference of the customer.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an unconditional guarantee nor an unconditional guarantee as to warranty or comfort. Damaged, worn or abused shoes will be returned and may be subject to costs charged to the customer and will be subject to a return fee.
